Grenada Country Background
The State of Grenada consists of three islands—Grenada, Carriacou, and Petite Martinique—that form the southern end of the Windward Islands. Formerly colonized for many years, first by the French and then by the British, the islands of Grenada still retain traces of these European influences in their culture, architecture, and place names.

Preliminary checks & Onboarding
This initial phase involves eligibility assessment and background checks to ensure the applicant meets the requirements for the CBI program. The agent or service provider will review the investor’s financial history, source of funds, and any potential legal impediments that might disqualify them from the program.
Document collation & processing
We gather necessary documents such as passports, birth certificates, marriage certificates, proof of address, and financial statements.
Document Notarization, Certification, & Authentication
Documents must be notarized locally and then certified, typically by a state authority or a foreign ministry. They must then be authenticated or apostilled to ensure they are accepted in Turkey for legal purposes.

Property Search & Approval
The investor searches for eligible real estate properties to invest in, often with the help of our local real estate agents and legal advisors, to ensure the property meets the CBI program’s requirements. The chosen property must usually be vetted and approved by the relevant Turkish authorities.
Months 7 - 10
Property Purchase & Confirmation
After selecting the property, the investment involves making the purchase and registering the property in the investor's name. The property purchase must be confirmed by obtaining a title deed, followed by a government appraisal to confirm the value meets the minimum investment threshold.
Residency Application Submission
With the property investment in place, the investor applies for a Turkish residency permit, a precursor to citizenship application.

The application is reviewed by the immigration authorities, and upon approval, the investor receives a residency permit.
