Jane Kimemia is a Pan African business leader with over 24 years of experience, mostly in seniormanagement positions in the financial services sector across markets in East, West, and SouthernAfrica. She is a graduate of Kenyatta University in Nairobi, Kenya, and has taken executive education courses at the INSEAD School of Business in Singapore. She is a qualified and experienced Project Management professional with PRINCE 2 (Projects in Controlled Environment) Foundation and Practitioner training and certification credentials.

Jane has been the Chief Executive Officer of Optiva Capital Partners for the last 4 years with theresponsibility of leading and directing the execution of the Wealth Management and Investmentsadvisory strategic agenda for Optiva Capital Partners in Nigeria. She has been instrumental inspearheading the business development and expansion strategy of the business into a fully-fledgedWealth Management proposition covering Investments Advisory, Investments Immigration, andInsurance.

In addition, Jane leads the funding and transaction advisory part of the business dealing with the structuring of transactions and working with networks of investor interests in fundraising for various projects in line with their strategic direction and interest. She has been the lead arranger on transactions across different sectors of the economy in trade, healthcare, oil & gas, commercial infrastructure, etc.

Prior to this, Jane had built a long career in the financial services sector building sustainable businesses and held regional leadership, strategy, and execution roles in 2 notable global financial institutions; Standard Chartered Bank where she worked for 8 years, and previously in Barclays Bank (Now ABSA Bank) for over 12 years in the East African region. She held different roles over this time covering a broad spectrum of clients and business segments including Retail Banking, Business Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, and a range of products including lending, transactional, and investment banking solutions for clients across the region.

She has built extensive networks with captains of industry in the Private Sector and in Governments, with people driving investments, trade, and wealth creation across markets in East, West, and Southern Africa. Jane has major strengths in building relationships and networking with a track record and skills in building sustainable partnerships and negotiating positive outcomes for parties at the highest level of Government & institutions and in the private sector.

• General Manager Priority and International Banking at Standard Chartered East Africa Region- Kenya, Uganda & Tanzania

• Regional Project Manager executing projects in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Seychelles, and Mauritius.

Jane is the founder and Chair of the Board for Everlasting Foundation a not-for-profit programsupporting teenage and young adults based in Kibera slums in Nairobi, Kenya, one of the biggestinformal settlements (slums) in Sub-Saharan Africa. The foundation was founded on 3 pillars, theirSpirituality, Mentorship, and their Support. The foundation has a permanent membership of over350 members along with several committees looking into various aspects of the welfare of themembers and the community e.g., distribution of food, and sanitary towels to the girls, setting up of a library, and general outreach.

She has worked in small and big corporations alike to increase sales margins, market penetration, and share. She has become a sought-after professional because of her vast sales knowledge and exceptional client delivery.

STEVE AGBIBOA

HEAD OF LEGAL

Steve Agbiboa is a highly accomplished legal professional with over 21 years of diverse experience in legal practice, banking, and the real estate sector. He holds an LL.B from Edo State University (second class upper division), a BL from the Nigerian Law School, and an LLM in International Commercial and Maritime Law (merit) from Swansea University, Wales, United Kingdom. Additionally, he has a Certificate in Real Estate Process for Development & Investment from Informa Middle East, Dubai.

Mr. Agbiboa is a member of the Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria and the CharteredInstitute of Directors of Nigeria. He has served as the Chief Legal Officer of one of the largest real estate firms in Nigeria, where he provided pre-emptive professional, legal, and advisory support. As a commercial lawyer, Mr. Agbiboa possesses a deep understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks governing business transactions.

Nduneche Ezurike is a seasoned marketing technologist with over two decades of experience in banking, media, and strategy consulting. As an opt-in Advisory Council Member of the Harvard Business Review (HBR), he contributes to shaping research and thought leadership in the global business community.

Nduneche has held key positions in renowned institutions such as the United Bank for Africa (UBA), Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (ETI), and Polaris Bank. Throughout his career, he has led multicultural teams executing business-critical projects: brand building, change management, crisis communication, mergers and acquisitions, digital transformation, and employee engagement. Nduneche holds a Master's in Managerial Psychology (MMP) and affiliations with esteemed professional bodies, including the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON), Chartered Institute of Arbitration (CIArb) London, and Society for Corporate Governance, Nigeria.

He is also a Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (HCIB), a Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (Fnimn), and a Fellow of the Nigerian Conservation Foundation (NCF). Bosun Oduniyi is a seasoned insurance professional with nearly 40 years of experience in the industry. His extensive career includes significant roles at AIICO Insurance PLC, where he served in various capacities such as Head of Non-Life Claims, Head of Non-Life Underwriting, Head of Non-Life Technical, and Head of Corporate Business Sales. Prior to his tenure at AIICO, Bosun gained valuable experience working with The Nigerian Life & Pensions Consultants, Glanvill Enthoven & Co. Nig. Ltd., and Union Commercial Insurance Brokers Ltd.

Bosun holds a bachelor’s degree in insurance from the University of Lagos and is affiliated with the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and London. He is also an Associate member of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers. His professional training includes specialized courses in motor insurance, oil & energy insurance, reinsurance, and fire & engineering insurance, among others.

Omoye Ebhomielen is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in wealthmanagement, risk assessment, and credit analysis. Since joining Optiva Capital Partners Ltd. in 2019, Omoye has made significant strides in various roles, starting as a Business Manager and progressing through Head of Program Management, Head of Product Management, and Head of Products & Channels. Currently, she serves as the Senior Manager of Products & Channels and the Assistant General Manager, overseeing the launch and management of new country products and client management systems and fostering relationships with international partners and government stakeholders.

Her multifaceted role at Optiva encompasses process management, compliance, business development, media, and IT/Tech, reflecting her versatility and dedication to delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions. Her responsibilities include facilitating the acquisition of residency, immigration, and citizenship through investment, liaising with stakeholders, maintaining up-to-date financial statements, and managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and compliance.

Chinonye's previous roles include Head of Relationship Management at Veritas Glanvills Pensions and Relationship Officer in the Corporate & Investment Banking Division at Access Bank PLC, where she excelled in new business development, credit processing, and financial analysis. She has received commendations for her exceptional performance, including a letter from the Managing Director of Access Bank.

Her professional certifications include those from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). Additionally, Chinonye has completed several online courses from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, in quantitative modeling, decision-making, and risk management
