This phase involves a comprehensive review of the applicant’s background to ensure eligibility for the program. Our team assists clients in understanding the requirements and preparing for the application process.

Document collation & processing

In this step, we assist clients in gathering necessary documents such as proof of identify, financial records, and police certificates. We meticulously check these documents for accuracy and completeness to ensure compliance with regulations.

Application Submission

Once all documents are collated and verified, the complete application packet is formally submitted to the CBI of Saint Kitts & Nevis for processing.

Months 3 - 6

Interview & Due Diligence Checks

Applicants may be required to attend interviews to verify their information and intentions. Simultaneously, thorough due diligence checks are conducted to assess the applicant’s background, financial stability, and overall risk to ensure the integrity of the Saint Kitts & Nevis citizenship program.

Months 7 - 10

Application Approval

The CBI reviews all provided information and conducts its final assessment. Upon successful evaluation, the applicant receives a letter of approval in principle, indicating near completion of the citizenship process.

Receive Passports

After approval, the final step involves issuing Saint Kitts & Nevis passports to the new citizens. This marks the completion of the citizenship process, granting the applicants full rights and benefits of Saint Kitts & Nevis citizenship, including visa-free travel to numerous countries.

The agent or service provider will review the investor’s financial history, source of funds, and any potential legal impediments that might disqualify them from the program.

Document collation & processing

We gather necessary documents such as passports, birth certificates, marriage certificates, proof of address, and financial statements.

Document Notarization, Certification, & Authentication

Documents must be notarized locally and then certified, typically by a state authority or a foreign ministry. They must then be authenticated or apostilled to ensure they are accepted in Turkey for legal purposes.

Months 3 - 6

Property Search & Approval

The investor searches for eligible real estate properties to invest in, often with the help of our local real estate agents and legal advisors, to ensure the property meets the CBI program’s requirements. The chosen property must usually be vetted and approved by the relevant Turkish authorities.

Months 7 - 10

Property Purchase & Confirmation

After selecting the property, the investment involves making the purchase and registering the property in the investor's name. The property purchase must be confirmed by obtaining a title deed, followed by a government appraisal to confirm the value meets the minimum investment threshold.

Residency Application Submission

With the property investment in place, the investor applies for a Turkish residency permit, a precursor to citizenship application.

Months 3 - 6

Residency Application Approval

The application is reviewed by the immigration authorities, and upon approval, the investor receives a residency permit.

As part of the residency application, the investor and any dependents must provide biometric data, which typically includes fingerprints and photographs.
